Your trust matters to us. This policy explains what we collect when you visit or order from Arlune, and how we look after it. We keep it simple, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the details we need to send it to you: your name, email address, shipping address, and what you ordered. Checkout is guest-only: you don't need to create an account, and we don't ask you to.
Payment
Payments are handled securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your full card details are entered directly with Stripe; we never see or store them.
Email & marketing
If you join our list, we use EmailOctopus to send you the occasional note. You're only ever added with your clear consent (a confirmed, double opt-in, as Canada's anti-spam law asks), and every email has an unsubscribe link; you can step away any time.
Cookies & analytics
Our site uses only the essential cookies needed to run the shop: to keep your cart working and your checkout secure. We don't currently use advertising or analytics trackers. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy to explain what we use and your choices.
How we use your information
We use what you share to prepare and send your order, to reach you about that order, and, only with your consent, to send you occasional news from Arlune. That's all.
Who we share it with
We share your details only with the trusted services that help us run the shop: Canada Post to deliver your order, Stripe to process payment, and EmailOctopus for email, and only as much as each needs to do its part. We never sell your information to anyone.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it: just write to [email protected]. We keep order records only as long as we need them for our business and legal obligations, then let them go.
